Lord Jesus,
You who revealed to Saint Faustina
the immensity of Your Mercy,
I come today to take refuge in Your Heart.
I come before You with all that I am:
my joys and my wounds,
my hopes and my worries,
my strengths and my weaknesses,
my visible struggles and those known only to You.
Merciful Jesus, I entrust myself to You.
Extend Your protective hand over me.
Keep me from evil, from danger and from anything that might lead me away from You.
Protect my body, my soul and my spirit.
Enlighten my thoughts when doubt overwhelms me.
Soothe my heart when fear takes hold.
Give me strength when I feel weak
and lift me up when I fall.
May the rays of Your Mercy
illuminate the darkness of my life
and touch everything within me
that needs to be healed, forgiven and restored.
Jesus, I trust in You.
When I do not understand what is happening to me,
teach me to trust in You.
When I worry about the future,
remind me that You walk before me.
When I feel alone,
let me feel Your presence.
When my prayers seem to go unanswered,
give me the patience to continue hoping in You.
When I am going through trials,
do not let my heart turn away from Your love.
Lord Jesus,
I also entrust to You my home and my family.
Watch over those I love.
Protect our children,
our parents,
our loved ones
and all those we hold dear in our hearts.
Keep safe those who are travelling,
those who are working,
those who live far from us
and those whom we cannot protect ourselves.
Surround our families with Your peace.
Keep hatred, division, violence, jealousy and despair away from our homes.
When misunderstandings divide us,
teach us to forgive.
When worries overwhelm us,
restore our confidence.
When one of us suffers,
give the others the strength to stand by them with love.
Divine Mercy, be our refuge.
I also entrust to You, Lord,
all those who are suffering today.
Those who are ill,
those who live in solitude,
those who have lost a loved one,
those who are going through a difficult time,
those who fear the future
and those who feel they no longer have the strength to carry on.
May your Mercy reach them wherever they are.
Grant courage to those who are discouraged,
comfort to those who weep,
hope to those who despair
and peace to those whose hearts are troubled.
? Saint Faustina, pray for us
Saint Faustina Kowalska,
humble apostle of Divine Mercy,
you who learnt to entrust your life into the hands of Jesus,
pray for us.
Teach us this trust that does not depend on circumstances.
When all is well,
teach us to give thanks to God.
When things become difficult,
teach us to remain close to Him.
When we can no longer see the way,
remind us of these simple words:
Jesus, I trust in You.
Saint Faustina,
present to the Lord the intentions I carry silently in my heart today.
I entrust to Him in particular
the people I love,
the situations that worry me,
the decisions I have to make
and the trials I cannot resolve on my own.
May God’s will be done in my life
and may He give me the strength to accept it with trust.
❤️ Merciful Jesus, protect us
Merciful Jesus,
today I place my whole life in your hands.
My past,
I entrust it to your Mercy.
My present,
I entrust it to your love.
My future,
I entrust it to your Providence.
Protect me as I walk along difficult paths.
Watch over me as I travel.
Enlighten me when I have to make a decision.
Strengthen me when I have to face a trial.
Preserve my heart from anger,
resentment,
discouragement
and anything that might distance me from You.
Grant me a merciful heart.
Teach me to forgive as I wish to be forgiven,
to help without expecting a reward,
to comfort those who suffer
and never to close my heart to the distress of my neighbour.
For to ask for Your mercy, Lord,
is also to accept that we, in turn,
may become witnesses to Your mercy.
? I entrust myself to your mercy
Lord Jesus,
I do not know what tomorrow holds for me,
but I know that I can entrust tomorrow to You.
I cannot control everything,
but I believe that nothing can separate me from your love.
So today,
I lay my worries at Your feet.
I give You my fears.
I entrust my wounds to You.
I entrust to You those I love.
And I choose, despite my weaknesses,
to place my trust in You.
May Your Mercy be with me when I wake,
may it guide me throughout the day
and may it remain with me when night falls.
May Your peace dwell in my home.
May Your light guide my steps.
May Your love fill my heart.
And may I, in happy days as well as in difficult ones,
always be able to whisper with confidence:
Jesus, I trust in You.
Saint Faustina, Apostle of Divine Mercy, pray for us.
Merciful Jesus, have mercy on us and on the whole world.
