By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions :

2. How The Contract is formed between you and us

2.1. After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (the Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.

2.2. The Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.

3. Consumer Rights

3.1 If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy.

3.2 To cancel a Contract, you must return the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them in the original packaging, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.

4. Price and Payment

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order at checkout.
The following payment options are accepted on Lourdes Giftshop : Payment can be made safely and securely with major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, AmEx, Discover & Diners ...). The connection is encrypted and secure. Absolute data protection as the personal data is only used for the purchase process and is not stored in the store's database.

5. Packing & Sending Your Return

Lourdes Giftshop offers customers a money-back guarantee for the 14 days following the day you have received your order. The customer is entitled to return the goods we have supplied within 15 days, no questions asked. You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps. Pack the items along with the packing slip securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

Take the package to the post office or shipping center. If the return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of the returned item will be your responsibility.
When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Once your return has been processed, the amount will be refunded to your account within 10 days.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

When you order with us we will ask you to provide your name, postal address and email address. The information we gather from you is only used to supply goods you have ordered from us and to enable us to keep in contact with you if required on the status of the order(s) you place with us.

This information is solely for our use and we do not share, sell or rent your information with third parties other than courier companies in order that your orders can be processed successfully and only appropriate IT suppliers/web maintainers can access your information. It is stored on secure servers with features to prevent unauthorised access. We DO NOT hold credit / debit card details.

7. Accuracy of Content

Lourdes Giftshop has taken every care in the preparation of this website to ensure that the prices quoted are correct at the time of publication and that all products have been fairly described. While we have made every effort to display colours as authentically as possible the colours you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor and we are therefore unable to guarantee accurate representation.
Lourdes Giftshop shall not be liable to any person or persons for any loss or damage that arise from the use of any of the products purchased or information contained on this website.

All rights (including copyright) in this website are owned by or licensed to Lourdes Giftshop. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or in part other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the prior permission of Lourdes Giftshop.
