O Blessed Saint Patrick,
Apostle and protector of Ireland,
you who brought the light of Christ
to the wild and mysterious lands of the Emerald Isle,
I turn to you with trust and humility.
You who were torn from your native land in your youth,
you who knew slavery, loneliness and exile,
you did not let suffering harden you.
In the silent pastures,
you listened to God's voice and answered his call.
Saint Patrick, man of faith and fire,
you crossed the lands of Ireland with courage,
planting the seeds of the Gospel in hearts,
pushing back darkness, driving out idols,
and enlightening peoples with new hope.
By the sign of the shamrock,
you revealed the greatness of the mystery of the Trinity,
one God in three persons,
present in every breath, in every beat of life.
May I never lose faith in this mystery of love,
and may I, like you, find simple words
to speak of God to closed hearts.
Saint Patrick, tireless missionary,
you who built churches, trained priests,
and opened the paths of faith where there were only stones,
inspire me in my doubts, guide me in my choices,
and teach me to live according to the Gospel with boldness and truth.
Protect all those who pray to you today,
in Ireland, throughout the world, in scattered families,
in hearts searching for meaning,
in those who suffer, those who hope, those who love.
Listen to the prayers of those who entrust their burdens to you,
and intercede for us with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
You who are the guardian of this green and sacred land,
watch over peoples, over peace,
over migrants, the poor, the forgotten.
You who returned to those who had chained you,
teach us forgiveness and mercy.
Saint Patrick,
give me the strength to love God with all my heart,
to walk in his footsteps without fear,
and to carry his light where there is darkness.
Make me a humble and joyful witness,
a pilgrim of faith, hope and peace.
Through your intercession,
may God bless my path, my home, my family.
May he keep me faithful, may he grant me his grace,
and may I praise him at your side on the last day,
in blessed eternity.
Amen.
