To pray to Him is to unite ourselves to the infinite tenderness of Christ, to learn to love as He does and to place our wounds, our sorrows and our hopes in His heart.

O Jesus, gentle and humble of heart, I come to You with trust and abandon. Your Sacred Heart, pierced by love for mankind, remains open to welcome all who turn to You. I offer You my heart, my thoughts, my words and my actions. Make me an instrument of Your love and mercy.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, refuge of afflicted souls, I bring You my pains, my fears and my weaknesses. Receive them into Your burning Heart and transform them into light and peace. Teach me to forgive, to love without limit and to entrust myself fully to Your will.

O Heart of Jesus, source of all consolation, wash me in the flood of Your blood and water. Purify my soul, strengthen my faith and rekindle in me the fire of Thy Spirit. May my heart be united to Yours, beat to the rhythm of Your love and find in You the peace that the world cannot give.

Lord Jesus, I entrust to You my loved ones, my friends, my work and my projects. Protect those I love, enlighten those who doubt and support those who suffer. Extend the power of Your Heart over the whole world, so that truth, justice and charity may triumph.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, King of love and mercy, I consecrate myself to You without reserve. Take possession of my soul and make my life an offering of love. Let my words bear witness to Your goodness and let my actions reflect Your tenderness.
