O Mary, Virgin of Carmel,
Sweet and merciful Mother,
I consecrate myself to you today,
with trust and love.
Cover me with your scapular,
sign of your covenant and protection.
Make me want to live according to the Gospel,
in fidelity, purity and prayer.
Keep me close to your Heart,
in joys as well as in trials.
Be my light on the way,
and my consolation in the darkness.
At the hour of my death,
come to seek me yourself,
and lead me to Jesus,
the blessed fruit of your womb.
