St Benedict, patriarch of the monks of the West and spiritual master of millennia of wisdom, remains a powerful intercessor against the forces of evil. Through his faith, humility and absolute trust in God, he was able to repel temptation and triumph over darkness. To pray to him is to place yourself under his protection and ask for the strength to move forward with peace, discernment and courage in the trials of life.

O glorious Saint Benedict, you whom God has filled with wisdom and power, I lift up my prayer to you on this day. You who devoted your life to prayer, work and the victory of good over evil, come to my aid in my inner and outer struggles. Through the cross that you so venerated, remove from me every evil spirit, every danger, every dark influence.

St. Benedict, protector against the attacks of the devil, extend your benevolent arm over me and place over me the sign of the cross that you brandished to drive away the darkness. May the peace of Christ fill my heart, and may my faith remain firm, even when doubt or fear overtake me.

O holy abbot, you who knew how to transform desert places into sources of prayer, help me to find silence and inner light. May my soul become a place inhabited by God, purified by prayer and guided by truth. Teach me patience, humility and perseverance in trials.

Saint Benedict, spiritual guide of weary souls, watch over my home, my loved ones and my heart. Bring down God's blessing upon us, protect us from accidents, illnesses and curses. May your holy medal, a sign of victory and hope, be for me a shield against all adversity.
